Tell me about your online store.
Our store allows IC to offer music without the additional charges imposed to you by other means. Our main motivation is to create and share art, but unfortunately IC can't give its music away for free because then we wouldn't be able to release any more albums. IC is 100% independent and artist run. All of our releases are also available at iTunes, eMusic, Amazon, and a lot of other services online. We offer high quality and DRM-free music because we want to.

What can I expect from the digital download store?
Mp3s are encoded at lossless quality, 320 kbps stereo. All mp3s are expertly tagged, with high res scans of artwork. Shortly following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download access code.  Enter this code in the store to initiate your download(s). For a detailed description of the process click here.

Most email confirmations are received instantly. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your spam/junk-mail folder.

Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Paypal. Your online orders are secure. Paypal never sends us your credit card information.  If you do not wish to transmit your order payment electronically, you are welcome to print out an online form here to mail a check or money order to IC.

What shipping options are available?
For compact discs and merchandise, orders will post within 3 business days dependent on product availability. If you are located in the United States, your package will take approximately one week to be delivered via USPS. If you are located in Canada, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4 weeks to arrive. If you are located elsewhere in the world, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive. Actual transit time is based on where you are located.

Why is there a handling fee?
The handling fee covers cost of the mailer and any incurred Paypal fees.

If there is a problem, can I make a return?
Compact discs and merchandise in unopened, original condition may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. If an order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact orders@ICrecordings.org within 15 days of the delivery date for credit or replacement at our discretion. We are sorry that we are unable to refund shipping charges.
